With 1,800 clock hours spanning 21–24 months, this program equips students with the technical skills, business knowledge, and leadership abilities needed to thrive in the competitive construction industry. Combining classroom instruction, hands-on workshops, and work-based learning opportunities, students gain the confidence to launch and manage their own successful construction businesses.

- Tiny Home Construction Management: Specialize in sustainable and cost-efficient building techniques for small-scale projects.

Ideal Institute of Technology’s Entrepreneurship in the Construction Trades Program includes a unique “Earn While You Learn” initiative. Students with 90%+ attendance during the first 450 clock hours gain access to paid work-based learning opportunities through Ideal’s social enterprises or partner employer network.
- Hourly Pay: Earn $16–$22 per hour.
- Work Hours: Gain hands-on experience for up to 10–20 hours per week.
