PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program will prepare a student to handle bookkeeping tasks for a small business. A student will become proficient in QuickBooks 2015, the leading small business financial software program and will also master everything from basic accounting to double-entry bookkeeping. A student will learn skills such as planning a budget, managing a payroll and handling accounts receivable through hands-on activities.
PROGRAM PREREQUISITES:
Students must be familiar with using a personal computer, mouse, and keyboard. They must be comfortable in a Windows environment; be able to launch and close activities; and navigate to information stored on the computer. They must be able to manage files and folders.
- Must have: High School Diploma or High School Equivalency
- Must score: 9 or higher in CASAS

CAREER TITLES:
Students who successfully complete an Adobe Premiere course will be able to secure jobs as Adobe Associate, Adobe Experts, Graphic Designer or Web Designer. An Adobe Premiere certificate validates that an individual has the basic skills to plan, design, build and maintain effective communications using a specific form of digital media. He may apply for work locally or he may pursue jobs internationally by taking additional training if needed.
